What You’ll Do

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care to patients and residents

• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility

• Take and document vital signs and report changes in condition to the appropriate nurse

• Assist with meals and other daily care needs

• Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment

• Communicate respectfully with patients, residents, families, and members of the healthcare team

• Follow facility policies, procedures, and care plans

• Promote patient dignity, comfort, and independence

What We’re Looking For

• Active New Hampshire LNA license

• Previous healthcare, long-term care, or facility experience preferred

• Reliable and dependable work ethic

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to adapt to different facility environments

• Compassionate and professional approach to patient care

• Comfortable working independently while being part of a larger care team
