Live-In Senior Caregiver – Homer Glen & Lemont

Open Arms Solutions is hiring experienced Live-In Caregivers, CNAs, HHAs, and DSPs to provide compassionate, dependable senior home care in Homer Glen, Lemont, and surrounding areas.

What You’ll Do

• Provide hands-on personal care and assistance with ADLs
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Support safe mobility, transfers, and positioning
• Prepare meals and assist with hydration
• Provide companionship and safety supervision
• Provide medication reminders
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry related to the client
• Observe and report changes in the client’s condition
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment

Live-In Caregiver Requirements

• 18+ years old with at least 1 year of professional caregiving experience
• Experience in home care, senior care, private duty, CNA, HHA, DSP, assisted living, or a similar setting
• Previous live-in or extended-shift caregiving experience preferred
• Comfortable providing care and companionship in a client’s home
• Dependable, responsible, and comfortable working independently
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to complete required background screenings

Live-In Schedule

• Live-in assignments
• Extended caregiving coverage based on client needs
• Weekday and weekend opportunities may be available
• Ongoing assignments may be available depending on client needs, location, and caregiver availability
