Job Details: Job Location: 80 Brick Bodies Reisterstown - Reisterstown, MD, Position Type: Part Time, Salary Range: $15.00 - $15.00Hourly, Travel Percentage: None, The Little Bricks Team Members goal is to provide world class customer service to members, guests and the children in Little Bricks. The Little Bricks Team Member is a vital connection to our members and plays an important role in ensuring our brand promise of Helping Members Feel Comfortable, especially comfortable enough to care for their loved ones. Little Bricks Team Member is responsible for providing a fun safe environment and maintaining the Little Bricks area. They also need to aid in the development and execution of all activities and policies set forth by the Team Leader. The LB Team Member understands the importance of anticipating members needs and exceeding their expectations to help create raving fans. The Little Bricks Team Member is a part of a team consisting of many other departments within the club and is under the supervision of the Little Bricks Team Leader and Operations Manager

Duties include but are not limited to:

Supervising and engaging with the children while in the room.

Cleaning the Little Bricks area and toys.

Interacting positively with parents.

Using creativity and available supplies to initiate activities.

Working within the safety guidelines as set.

Enforcing policies as set.

Assisting in general club duties as needed.

Qualifications: Previous experience with supervising small children. Current CPR/AED certification!!
