We are hiring for a liquid/powder painter to join our 1st shift team in River Falls, WI. This position works Monday-Thursday 3:30pm-2:00am, with overtime on Fridays.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Applies liquid or powder paint to product surfaces
Obtains production schedule from lead and gathers coatings for each run.
Performs color changes based on production schedule.
Appropriately mixes paints and solvents.
Performs light maintenance and preventative maintenance on paint booths and equipment.
Inspects product for quality issues.
Rotates to different stations within the paint booth.
Can locate, read, comprehend and execute proper work instructions.
Establishes efficient workflow based on product and task.
Efficiently uses painting materials and other supplies and notifies the correct person when supplies run low.
Properly wears required Personal Protective Equipment.

QualificationsWHO YOU ARE

Knowledge of painting processes
Experience with small hand tools beneficial
Attention to detail is a plus
Ability to work in a team or independently
