Known for its fresh seafood, elevated American cuisine, and polished service, 32 Palm serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner in a dynamic resort environment. 32 Palm operates within a high-volume, seasonal beachfront market, requiring strong operational leadership, attention to detail, and a commitment to guest satisfaction.

Line Cooks (full and part time available)

We are looking for dependable and motivated Line Cook candidates to join our culinary teams. Whether you're developing your skills or you're an experienced cook who can confidently handle a busy station, we're looking for people who take pride in their work and bring the right attitude, professionalism, and temperament to the kitchen.

AVAILABLE POSITIONS

COOK I — Experienced / Advanced Cook
For experienced cooks who can confidently run multiple stations, maintain quality during high-volume service, assist with training other cooks, and be relied upon as a strong member of the culinary team.

COOK II — Experienced Line Cook
For cooks with solid professional kitchen experience who can independently operate a station, follow recipes and standards, maintain organization, and execute consistently during busy service.

COOK III — Developing Cook
For candidates building their professional culinary experience. Basic kitchen skills and experience are preferred, but we're willing to work with motivated individuals who have a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Basic written and verbal communication skills
• Organizational skills
• Accuracy and speed in executing tasks
• Ability to work as a team member
• Follows directions and instructions
• Ability to produce an excellent culinary and restaurant experience for patrons.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or GED
• One to two years of experience as a line cook, restaurant cook, or prep cook
• Certificate in Culinary Arts preferred
• Experience with various cooking methods and procedures
• Familiar with industry best practices

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods standing and preparing and cooking food.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds at times.
• Must be able to work in a kitchen environment that may involve exposure to extreme heat or cold.
