We’re looking for a Line Cook who takes pride in preparing high-quality dishes with consistency, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, and supporting a strong team environment.

The Opportunity

In this position, you will prepare menu items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality, consistency, and efficiency during service.

Key areas of focus include:

Preparing ingredients and executing dishes according to recipes and chef standards
Setting up and maintaining a clean, organized, and fully stocked prep station
Always follow food safety and sanitation standards
Supporting kitchen operations by managing inventory and minimizing waste
Working closely with the kitchen team to maintain efficient service flow

This is a role for someone who stays organized during service, and takes pride in delivering consistent, high-quality food.

What You Bring to the Team

You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar kitchen environment, with a strong understanding of cooking techniques, food safety, and kitchen operations. You’re able to multitask, communicate clearly, and work efficiently as part of a team.

You’re comfortable working nights, weekends, and holidays, and able to handle the physical demands of a fast-paced kitchen environment.

More importantly, you bring a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach, communicate clearly, and take ownership of your work. You’re dependable, collaborative, and take pride in delivering high-quality results and representing the Northwood Ravin brand with pride.
