Emmy Squared Queen Village is looking for experienced and passionate Line Cooks to join our growing team! As part of the Pizza Loves Emily Restaurant Group, Emmy Squared is an upscale casual full-service restaurant known for our award-winning Detroit-style pizza and incredible burgers. Line Cook Responsibilities:

• Prepare menu items according to recipes and company standards
• Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of all dishes
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and comply with all health department regulations
• Properly store and label food items
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
• Report any equipment issues or maintenance needs
• Keep your workstation clean, organized, and ready for service
• Support the overall success of the kitchen and restaurant

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ year of experience as a line cook in a full-service kitchen
• A true passion for food and hospitality – pizza experience is a plus!
• Solid knowledge of modern cooking techniques
• Strong work ethic and ability to multitask in a high-volume kitchen
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs, push/pull up to 75 lbs, and stand for long periods
• Comfortable with frequent bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching
• Ability to use kitchen tools and equipment safely and effectively
