About the Position:

Treetops Resort is seeking skilled and dedicated Line Cooks to join our team. This role is crucial in delivering exceptional dining experiences for our guests. The ideal candidate will have a flair for culinary, a commitment to food safety standards, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

Prepare high-quality dishes in line with Treetops Resort's standards.
Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications as set by the resort's Chef de Cuisine.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
Manage food inventory and kitchen equipment, reporting any shortages or malfunctions to the Chef de Cuisine.
Participate in ongoing culinary training and workshops offered by Treetops Resort.
Other duties as required.
QualificationsRequirements:

Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license.
Proven culinary experience working in a high-volume restaurant.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Strong knowledge of cooking methods, kitchen equipment, and best practices.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a team-oriented environment.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask.
A commitment to upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
