As a Light Maintenance Laborer, you will be an integral part of our team, helping us deliver on our promise of excellence, and serving others by delighting people for all of life's celebrations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
As a Light Maintenance Laborer you will sweep and remove large amounts of debris from production departments, coolers, and bays. You will empty 96-gal bins and operate a hi-lo to transport large loads of refuse. You will assist in landscaping grounds by removing weeds, and disposing of leaves and snow when needed. In addition, you will stock shelves with inventory items, prep containers for the design team, and assist other departments with general labor as needed. Additional hours will be required in February, May, November, and December.
This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive and employees will also perform other reasonable business-related duties as assigned by immediate supervisor and other management. Viviano Flower Shop reserves the right to revise or change job duties as the need arises.
Qualified candidates will possess the following:

- able to frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds
- able to stand on their feet and walk for 8 hours a day
- read and speak English
- strong organizational skills
- able to work a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends
