Job Description
Join Our Team as a Lifeguard!
Are you a water enthusiast with a passion for safety? We’re looking for dynamic individuals to join our team as lifeguards! In this role, you’ll help create a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable aquatic experience for all.
This position primarily supports afternoon and evening hours.
What You’ll Do
- Monitor the aquatic area and ensure the safety of all swimmers and guests
- Respond quickly and effectively to emergencies using lifeguarding, CPR/AED, and first aid skills
- Provide friendly, helpful service and guidance to members and guests
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming pool environment
- Support a positive and engaging atmosphere for all who visit

- providing health and fitness programming and services

Culpeper Wellness Foundation operates Powell Wellness Center, the Free Clinic of Culpeper and PATH Recreation & Fitness Center.
The Foundation holds a unique role in the community as a provider of services, a partner and collaborator with donors, public and private agencies, and as a grantmaker.
