Position Details:
- Hourly rate: $20/hr
- Service Area: Navarre, FL (mileage reimbursed)
- Employment Type: Contract position with potential for increased hours based on performance and availability
- Responsibilities: May include driving, assisting with transfers, and supporting activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
- Experience working with brain injury, intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), mental health, and/or veteran populations
- Military service or experience with veterans (not required but a plus)
- Ownership of or willingness to purchase a tablet for documentation

- Professional Liability Insurance (must have or be willing to obtain upon hire)
- CPR/First Aid Certification for Pediatrics & Adults (must have or be willing to obtain upon hire)
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass a background check and driving history check

- iPad (or similar device) for documentation

Caliber Therapies provides specialized therapies to individuals with a varying diagnoses and/or disorders. We focus on the individual
as a whole, not just their diagnoses. Our therapists incorporate evidence based practices to target the physical, cognitive, social, & emotional/behavioral domains of each client. Additionally baseline assessments are conducted to determine deficit areas, & are re-evaluated on a quarterly & annual basis to ensure positive & functional outcomes are achieved. Caliber Therapies currently serves the following populations: intellectual & developmental disabilities, mental health, physical rehab, geriatrics, Veterans & Military, & can be found in schools and residential settings. Although Caliber Therapist provides services to every population, we specialize in working with the Veteran population. Specialized therapies currently provided: Recreational Therapy, Music Therapy, Aquatic Therapy, & Massage Therapy. Animal Assisted Therapy coming soon!
