Life Enrichment Assistant (18 Hours per week)

What You'll Do

• Assist with planning and facilitating recreational, educational, and social activities
• Encourage resident participation and engagement in daily programs
• Help coordinate special events, celebrations, and outings
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, and team members
• Support a welcoming atmosphere that promotes dignity, independence, and quality of life
• Contribute new ideas that enhance resident experiences
