Ross Insurance Brokers is a Hawaiʻi Kai based, family-owned independent insurance agency looking for community-minded people throughout the islands who want to begin part-time and potentially build a full-time insurance career.
We have more than 20 years of experience, serve clients across 25 states, and have a long-standing history with the Ramsey Trusted program. Our home office is now based in Hawaiʻi Kai in Oahu, where we are building a local team committed to serving Hawaiʻi’s families, businesses, and communities.

Our agents help clients understand and secure:

• Medicare coverage
• Disability and income protection
• Supplemental health coverage
• Group health and employee benefits

This is a commission-only opportunity, giving you the flexibility to choose your hours, continue your current work, and build at a pace that fits your life.
We are looking for people who are connected to their communities and motivated by more than making a sale. The right person will ask:
How can I genuinely help this family? How can I educate them, improve their protection, and leave them in a better position?
You will receive training, access to multiple insurance companies, experienced case support, administrative assistance, and the backing of an established national agency based here in Hawaiʻi Kai.
