Job Summary

Focus Residential Group is seeking a compassionate and dependable Ohio Licensed Social Worker (LSW) to join our behavioral health team. This is a part-time hybrid position that includes in-person services at our Franklin Furnace location and telehealth services.

The LSW will provide behavioral health services to individuals receiving mental health and/or substance use disorder treatment. The ideal candidate is organized, client-focused, comfortable working independently, and committed to completing timely, accurate documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group behavioral health services within the scope of licensure
• Deliver services in person and through telehealth
• Complete assessments, treatment planning, progress notes, and other required documentation
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records
• Collaborate with medical, clinical, case management, and peer support staff
• Participate in supervision, treatment team meetings, and care coordination as required
• Follow organizational policies and applicable state, federal, Medicaid, and payer requirements
• Maintain client confidentiality and professional boundaries

Qualifications

• Active Ohio Licensed Social Worker (LSW) license in good standing
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in social work from an accredited program
• Experience in mental health and/or substance use disorder treatment preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Ability to provide compassionate, client-centered, and trauma-informed care
• Comfortable providing services through telehealth
• Reliable transportation for scheduled in-person hours in Franklin Furnace

• Telehealth hours available
