Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
Louisiana | Full-Time | Remote / Telehealth
$115,000–$120,000 per year
Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
We are seeking an LPC licensed in Louisiana to provide individual counselling through telehealth. The position involves meeting with clients, completing intake assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing ongoing counselling based on each client’s needs.
Key duties include:
- Conduct scheduled counselling sessions and initial intake appointments
- Assess presenting concerns and establish appropriate treatment goals
- Develop and review treatment plans based on client needs and progress
- Help clients build practical coping, emotional regulation, and problem-solving skills
- Monitor progress and make changes to treatment when appropriate
- Maintain complete and timely clinical records
- Master’s degree in Counseling or a related mental health field
- Active LPC license in Louisiana
- Experience providing counseling services in a clinical or telehealth setting
- Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills
- Ability to manage a full-time caseload independently
- 2 weeks PTO
