Job Description
Villa St. Joseph was founded in 1997 as a ministry of the Sisters of St. Joseph. After 20 years of service to Beaver and Allegheny counties, the location joined the Concordia family in April 2018 - becoming Concordia at Villa St. Joseph and continuing its faith-based mission of serving others. We recognize experience and are prepared to offer some of the highest rates on our pay scale for qualified applicants.
$10,000 sign on bonus for Full-Time employees- Paid over 24 months!

Responsibilities of Licensed Practical Nurse:
- Provide high-quality resident care with compassion and skill
- Administer medications, complete documentation, and conduct assessments
- Coordinate care with physicians and healthcare team members
- Support resident care staff
- Deliver treatments and procedures that make a real impact
Qualifications of a Licensed Practical Nurse:
- Graduate of an approved nursing school
- Current Pennsylvania PN license in good standing
- A caring heart and a commitment to excellence
We offer shift differentials!
- $2.00/hour shift differential for afternoon shifts
- $1.50/hour shift differential for midnight shifts
- $1.50/hour shift differential for all weekend shifts
**Eligible Full Time employees can also earn an additional $1.50/hour if waiving the insurance benefit**
Pay: Up to $37.35 per hour
