What You'll Do
As an LPN, you'll play an important role in providing quality care and building meaningful relationships with our residents.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing compassionate nursing care
- Assessing residents and monitoring changes in condition
- Administering medications and treatments
- Following individualized care plans
- Supervising and supporting CNAs
- Communicating with residents, families, physicians, and the care team
- Completing required nursing documentation
- Following state and federal regulations
