Job Details: Job Location: Messiah Home - Mechanicsburg, PA, Position Type: Part Time, Education Level: RN License, Salary Range: $27.00 - $32.85Hourly, Job Shift: Evening, Job Category: Nurse, Shift: Evening, 2:45pm to 11:15pm
Status: Part Time, every other weekend and holiday
Our Enhanced Living (Personal Care) team is looking for a full time nurse to join their team!
Join a mission‑driven team serving adults 55+ with compassion and excellence. Messiah Lifeways has been enriching the lives of older adults since 1896, and we’re looking for a dedicated Charge Nurse to help lead our care teams.
What You’ll Do
Lead and support the Neighborhood Care Team
Administer medications and treatments accurately
Assess and monitor resident health; communicate changes promptly
Delegate daily assignments and ensure quality, person‑centered care
Mentor CNAs, PCAs, and team members
Collaborate on individualized care plans
Ensure regulatory and HIPAA compliance
Work a flexible schedule, including weekends/holidays

Qualifications: What You Need
Graduate of an approved LPN program (RN candidates welcome)
Active, unencumbered PA LPN license
Prior experience in Gerontology or Long Term Care preferred.
