A well-established retirement community in Brooklyn is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join their team.
Position Overview
Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) monitor vital signs and administer immunizations, and basic treatments.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and document essential information for new resident admissions.
- Monitor and record residents’ vitals and overall health status.
- Administer medications, injections, and treatments as prescribed.
- Provide wound care and assist with bedsores.
- Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) as needed.
- Assist residents with personal hygiene and daily care.
- Track and report residents’ food and fluid intake/output.
Requirements
- Active and valid LPN license.
- Must be in good standing with the State Registry.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Pay Range
USD $40.00 - USD $40.00 /Hr.
