Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Part-Time
Schedule: Part-time morning shift every Wednesday from 5:30 a.m.–1:30 p.m., with the option to work every other weekend. Additional hours may also be available.

Position Summary
Under the direction of the Medical Coordinator, the LPN provides high-quality healthcare services to 48 adults with developmental disabilities living in a residential setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer medications and prescribed medical treatments.
- Complete accurate medical documentation and reports.
- Perform morning treatments and routine skin checks.
- Identify and respond to participant medical concerns.
- Answer incoming telephone calls related to medical needs.
- Call providers to confirm medical appointments scheduled for the following day.
- Communicate effectively with participants, families, healthcare providers, and members of the Parc team.
- Follow all applicable nursing, safety, and documentation requirements.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Current and unrestricted LPN license in the State of Florida.
- At least one year of recent nursing experience.
- Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to communicate professionally with individuals at all levels.
- Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to perform the physical responsibilities of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
