Licensed Practical Nurse LPN

Open Circle of Heritage Park, a Cassia community, is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our adult day program for just 16 hours per week.  This unique opportunity allows you to set your own schedule, offering the perfect blend of flexibility and purpose. Position Type: Part-Time

Hours:  8:00 am – 4:30 pm (flexible)
16 hours a week – Days and hours are flexible – set your schedule!

Pay: $28 per hour

Location: 1015 N 4^th Ave, Minneapolis, MN 

Licensed Practical Nurse Responsibilities:

• Displays a courteous attitude and respect for members, families, and staff.
• Administers medications and/or treatments in accordance with physician's orders and monitors for effectiveness/response.
• Manages medications, supplies, and equipment including ordering, receiving, storing, and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Monitor members health and act as a liaison with families and health care provided.
• Provide nursing care to individual members.
• Performs additional duties as required.

Licensed Practical Nurse Qualifications:

• Must have a current Minnesota LPN license and be in good standing.
• Self-starter with a desire to be a part of a team.
• Experience working with geriatric population preferred, but not required.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
