Affirmed Home Care is seeking compassionate and experienced Per Diem Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide high-quality, individualized care to clients in the comfort of their homes.
We offer flexible 12-hour day and overnight shifts throughout Westchester County, providing nurses with the opportunity to build a schedule that works for them while making a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients.

Qualifications

• Active New York State LPN License
• Minimum 1 year of recent LPN experience in an acute care setting
• Home care experience preferred
• Current BLS certification
• Eligible to work in the United States
• Physical exam completed within the past year
• PPD or QuantiFERON within the past year, or chest X-ray within the past 5 years
• MMR immunizations within the past 10 years
• Valid driver's license preferred
