Job Summary

Serene Healthcare Staffing is actively hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for flexible contract, per diem, and temp-to-hire opportunities across top healthcare facilities in the Seattle area.

We partner with leading providers including Providence Health & Services and other clinics, skilled nursing, and long-term care facilities.

Work Locations

Seattle, Bothell, Issaquah, Edmonds, Tacoma, Olympia, and surrounding areas

Schedule Options

• Per diem (pick up shifts as needed)
• Contract assignments (4–13+ weeks)
• Temp-to-hire opportunities
• Day, Evening, and Night shifts available
• Weekday and weekend shifts

Compensation

• $41–$47 per hour (based on experience, location, and facility)
• Weekly pay
• Overtime opportunities available

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under RN supervision
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor patient status and report changes
• Maintain accurate patient documentation
• Assist with ADLs and patient support
• Follow facility policies and clinical protocols

Requirements

Requirements

• Active Washington State LPN license (required)
• Minimum 1 year of recent LPN experience
• Experience in SNF, LTC, clinic, or hospital settings preferred
• Current BLS certification
• Strong communication and clinical skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to new environments
