Position Overview: As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will be responsible for providing high-quality resident care. You will assess patient needs, implement care plans, and collaborate with other team members to ensure best outcomes.
Available Schedule
7am to 3:30pm (Part Time)

- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
- Monitor patient progress and document clinical findings
- Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and healthcare staff
- Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatments, and post-care instructions

Requirements
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Qualifications:
- A valid, current nursing license in Illinois.
- Current CPR certification.
- At least one year experience in long term care.
