Affirmed Home Care is seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care for a client in Port Jefferson, NY.
Current Case
- Location: Port Jefferson, NY
- Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday
- Hours: 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM
- Pay: $40.0 per hour
- Client Needs: Straight catheter care and skilled nursing services

Qualifications
- Active New York State LPN license
- Minimum 1 year of recent acute care nursing experience
- Current BLS certification
- Eligibility to work in the U.S.
- Valid driver's license (preferred)
- Physical exam within the past 12 months
- PPD or QuantiFERON within the past year, or chest X-ray within the past 5 years
- MMR immunization within the past 10 years
