Must be IV certified
Triage Patients
Expedite patient
referrals to specialty offices, answer patient and specialty office calls and
complete referral requests
Maintain ongoing
tracking and documentation on referrals
well-organized,
detail-oriented
Work independently and
unsupervised maintaining superior work ethic
Ensure that referrals
are addressed timely
Remind patients of
their appointments
General computer
skills required-Microsoft Outlook and Excel
