Currently, we are in need of experienced LPNs that are ready to set their own schedule and take charge of their career in healthcare to assist CarePRN with staffing a facility in Wayne, Oakland and Macomb county.
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities:
- Collect information for the case to report to case manager
- Accurately monitor and track clients’ overall health and medical history during every visit
- Take and record measurements of blood pressure, temperature, heart rate etc.
- Change bandages, wound dressings, and catheters, among other related healthcare tasks
- Verify clients are taking the correct dosages of medications
- Remain on-call for clients who have healthcare emergencies
- Will be working under and RN
Requirements:
- Must have LPL License/certification
- Must have BLS License /certification
- Must have LVN License/ Certification
- Must have previous experience as a LPN
- Must be able to provide 2 Step TB skin test/ Tspot results, covid vaccination, flu vaccination, and photo ID
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to adapt and have confidence in multiple healthcare settings
