Job Details: Job Location: Oklahoma Recovery Center - Oklahoma City, OK, Salary Range: $32.00 - $34.00Hourly, Job Shift: Graveyard, We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and detail-oriented Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our nursing team. The LPN plays a vital role in providing direct patient care, administering medications, monitoring withdrawal symptoms, and supporting clients throughout their recovery journey in a safe and therapeutic environment.
Working under the direction of the Director of Nursing and provider, the LPN is responsible for completing routine nursing assessments, monitoring vital signs, administering medications as ordered, documenting care accurately, responding to changes in patient condition, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.
This role is ideal for an LPN who enjoys working in a fast-paced behavioral health and substance use treatment setting, values teamwork, and is committed to delivering compassionate, evidence-based care.

Qualifications
Required:
Active Oklahoma Practical Nurse (LPN) License in good standing.
Current CPR/BLS Certification.
Strong assessment and clinical judgment skills.
Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
Preferred:
Experience in behavioral health, substance abuse treatment, detoxification, emergency nursing, corrections, psychiatric nursing, or acute care.
Familiarity with CIWA-Ar, COWS, ASAM Criteria, and withdrawal management protocols.
Experience with electronic medical records (EMR-SUNWAVE)
