📋 What You'll Do
As a Mortgage Loan Officer, you'll help clients achieve homeownership while growing your own book of business.
Your responsibilities include:
- Originate and close residential mortgage loans from application to closing
- Respond to inbound calls and company-generated leads
- Build lasting relationships with borrowers through exceptional service
- Analyze financial information and recommend the best loan solutions
- Educate borrowers on Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, and other mortgage products
- Guide clients through every step of the mortgage process
- Work closely with processors and operations to ensure smooth, on-time closings
- Maintain compliance with all lending guidelines and regulations
🎯 What We're Looking For
Required
- Active NMLS License
- Mortgage sales experience
- Strong knowledge of Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, and residential mortgage products
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
Preferred
- 1+ year of mortgage loan origination experience
💵 Compensation
Expected Earnings: $60,000 - $300,000+ annually
