Job Description
Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, LPC) – Remote
Location: Michigan
Employment Type: Full-Time
Setting: Remote / Telehealth
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
We are looking for a licensed LMFT, LCSW, or LPC to provide mental health therapy to clients across Michigan. The therapist will conduct virtual sessions, complete assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide ongoing care based on client needs.
Responsibilities
- Conduct individual therapy sessions through telehealth
- Complete intake assessments and gather relevant clinical information
- Develop and maintain treatment plans
- Monitor client progress and make changes to treatment when needed
- Complete session notes and other required documentation
- Address safety or risk concerns according to established procedures
- Maintain client confidentiality and follow applicable professional standards
- Active Michigan license (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW)
- Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, or related field
- Experience in outpatient mental health treatment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage a full clinical caseload remotely
