• 💵 $65 per billable hour — LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT with independent licensure

Your earning potential doesn't stop at your billable rate.

Eligible clinicians have the opportunity to earn an additional monthly performance-based bonus based on applicable productivity and performance expectations.

It's an opportunity to increase your monthly earnings while being recognized for consistently delivering high-quality care and meeting established expectations.

🕐 Build a Caseload That Fits Your Life

You'll carry approximately 15–36 sessions per week, depending on whether you choose part-time or full-time.

Most clinicians work weekday afternoons and evenings, typically 2–9 PM, with weekend availability a plus.

And with a strong referral flow, you can focus less on finding clients and more on doing the clinical work you were trained to do.

🧠 What You'll Do

You'll provide compassionate, evidence-informed care to children, adolescents, young adults, and their families through secure telehealth.

Your day-to-day will include:

• 📝 Conducting clinical intakes and developing individualized, trauma-informed treatment plans
• 💻 Providing individual, family, and group therapy
• 🤝 Collaborating with therapists, PMHNPs, psychiatrists, and other members of our interdisciplinary team
• 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Providing family education and care coordination
• 📋 Maintaining timely and accurate documentation in our EHR
• 💜 Building strong therapeutic relationships with clients and families
• 🌎 Delivering culturally responsive care that recognizes each family's unique needs

🔎 What We're Looking For

We're looking for clinicians who are passionate about children and families and excited to help us establish a strong clinical presence in Illinois.

You'll need:

• Active Illinois license: LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT
• Experience working with children, adolescents, and families
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills
• Commitment to trauma-informed, culturally responsive care
• Comfort with technology and virtual clinical platforms
