Solterra Wellness Club is hiring an Ohio-licensed massage therapist for our founding part-time W-2 team. Opening October 2026 at The Galaxy at Polaris, Solterra brings together movement, recovery, massage, skin health, medical wellness, and thoughtful hospitality.

FLEXIBLE, CONSISTENT APPOINTMENT BLOCKS

This role is designed for a skilled therapist who wants consistent weekly appointment blocks alongside another practice, family commitments, school, or a flexible professional schedule. Part-time schedules may include approximately 12–24 hours per week. Evening and weekend availability is especially valuable.

Massage is part of the complete member experience. You will serve active adults, movement members, recovery-focused guests, and clients seeking relief from stress, tension, soreness, pain, and mobility limitations.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Deliver personalized massage supporting relaxation, recovery, mobility, pain relief, and stress reduction.
• Conduct thoughtful intakes, review contraindications, confirm goals and pressure preferences, and provide appropriate aftercare.
• Maintain clean, calm, organized, guest-ready treatment spaces.
• Create a consistent experience that encourages rebooking and long-term client relationships.
• Collaborate with Solterra's movement, recovery, skin-health, and wellness teams.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Current Ohio Massage Therapy License in active good standing.
• At least one year of professional massage experience preferred.
• Strong hands-on skills and an adaptable, client-centered approach.
• Professional, reliable, punctual, warm, and hospitality-minded.
• Availability for consistent weekly appointment blocks; evenings and weekends are especially valuable.
• Specialized training in therapeutic, deep-tissue, sports/recovery, myofascial, trigger-point, prenatal, lymphatic, or related modalities is valued.

COMPENSATION AND PERKS

• Part-time W-2 employee position.
• Estimated total earnings of $45–$75 per booked service hour, including service compensation and tips.
• Therapists retain 100% of client tips.
• Required meetings, training, onboarding, and assigned non-service work are paid and tracked separately at the applicable rate described in the employment offer.
