Job Description
Licensed Marriage Family Therapist Supervisor
Location: Oklahoma
Pay: $100/hr to $250/hr
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Job Summary
Gotham Enterprises Ltd is seeking Oklahoma clinical supervisors who are interested in guiding mental health professionals through licensure and clinical growth. Supervisors in this role help clinicians develop stronger skills in casework, documentation, treatment planning, ethics, and professional judgment.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical supervision and case consultation
- Support documentation, ethics, treatment planning, and clinical skill-building
- Help supervisees understand professional standards
- Follow Oklahoma licensing and supervision rules
- Maintain consistent supervision communication
- Active Oklahoma clinical license in good standing
- Eligible license types may include Licensed Marital and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Psychologist, or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Must meet Oklahoma requirements to provide supervision
- Prior supervision experience preferred
