We are looking for skilled mental health professionals to deliver quality therapy services in a fully remote capacity. Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Deliver virtual therapy sessions and provide guidance to clients.
• Assess patient needs and create individualized treatment plans.
• Keep accurate documentation of client progress.
• Act as a trusted resource for individuals navigating mental health challenges.
• Coordinate care with other health professionals as needed.

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• Active LMFT license in California.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in counseling.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience using telehealth technology preferred.
