Requirements

• Licensing Certification: Active Georgia Property & Casualty License or Georgia Non-Resident License
• 1+ year of prior Allstate & Remote Property and Casualty insurance sales experience
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Preferably resides in Central or Eastern Time Zone.
• Customer-Centric: A commitment to exceeding client expectations and delivering exceptional guidance.
• Adaptability: Capable of maintaining productivity and teamwork in a remote work environment.
• Team-oriented: Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues to achieve agencies common goals.
• Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with PC computer, CRM systems and communication tools is a plus.

ResponsibilitiesPolicy Customization: Develop and propose insurance policies that align with each client's individual needs.Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to enhance client coverage by offering complementary products or services.Be assertive and follow up on leads provided by the agency.Relationship Building: Cultivate long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction, loyalty and referrals to the agency.Continuous Learning: Stay informed on industry trends and updates to provide well-informed recommendations.Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.Set and achieve monthly sales targets within specified timeframes.
