Position Overview
We are seeking an active Property & Casualty (P&C) Licensed Insurance Producer who is motivated by sales, enjoys helping customers, and can build strong client relationships. The Insurance Producer will be responsible for prospecting, quoting, selling, and servicing insurance policies while meeting individual sales and performance goals.This position is available onsite or remote, depending on business needs and candidate qualifications.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Prospect, quote, and close new Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance policies.
- Follow up with inbound leads, agency-generated leads, referrals, and existing customers.
- Conduct coverage reviews to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products.
- Cross-sell additional insurance products, including Life and supplemental coverage when licensed.
- Maintain consistent CRM follow-up and lead-management activities.
- Meet or exceed individual sales, retention, and activity goals.
Customer Service & Policy Support
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Explain coverage options, policy terms, and available products clearly.
- Assist customers with policy changes, renewals, and general insurance questions.
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation in the agency CRM.
- Follow agency procedures, carrier guidelines, and applicable insurance regulations.
Qualifications
Required:
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance License in [State/Region].
- Previous insurance sales or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple leads and follow-ups.
- Comfortable working with CRM systems, computers, and digital communication tools.
- Strong sales motivation and ability to meet performance goals.
Preferred
- Life & Health Insurance License, or willingness to obtain one.
- 1–2+ years of insurance sales experience.
- Experience with Allstate, Agent, or other insurance agency systems.
- Proven experience in quoting, closing, and cross-selling insurance products.
