About the Role:
As a licensed insurance agent, you'll build strong client relationships, sell insurance policies, and contribute to a high-growth culture. You'll act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through coverage options and securing the best protection for their needs. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage our steady pipeline of qualified leads and grow your own portfolio of business while contributing to the foundation of a successful company.

Key Responsibilities

What You'll Do

• Build strong client relationships and trust through a consultative sales approach, guiding clients to fully understand their insurance options and select the most suitable carrier
• Educate clients on the value of Guardian Service's offerings
• Sell and service home, auto, umbrella / liability and other personal insurance products
• Foster strong client relationships that drive referrals and renewals
• Maintain accurate records and consistently check on clients’ coverage needs
• Provide valuable feedback and contribute to company growth

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

We're looking For:

• Motivated sales professionals with a proven success generating revenue and achieving quota
• Individuals with a proven ability to quickly learn and master new concepts
• Individuals with a positive, client-focused attitude and an interest in building relationships with customers and serving them well
• Individuals with a willingness to innovate and improve our sales process to enhance performance results
• Individuals with high energy and integrity

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of high volume sales experience
• 1+ years of insurance sales experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• A passion for customer success
• Must possess active Property & Casualty insurance license
