Responsibilities:
- Prospect, qualify, and enroll clients in appropriate Health and Life insurance plans
- Conduct needs assessments to recommend suitable coverage options tailored to each client
- Maintain and grow a book of business through referrals, networking, and follow-up
- Educate clients on policy benefits, coverage details, and plan comparisons
- Stay current on carrier products, compliance requirements, and industry regulations
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets and performance goals
- Provide ongoing client support for policy changes, renewals, and questions
Requirements:
- Active Florida Health & Life (2-15) Insurance License required
- Proven sales experience, preferably in insurance or a related field
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and consultative selling skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a pipeline
- Familiarity with ACA, Medicare, or Life insurance products is a plus
- Proficiency with CRM tools and basic computer applications
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are encouraged to apply
