Connexion Point is looking for experienced and licensed Medicare agents to support our members through sales-focused, consultative conversations. This is a true “sales floor” role, where you will help individuals find the right carrier and plan. You'll be working with interested Medicare members, helping them understand different coverage and carrier options they are eligible for, with the goal of helping the individual enroll in a plan. If you're looking for a Medicare Sales role, where you can balance both incentives and hourly pay, this might be the right fit.

What we offer:
• $18.00/hr base pay

Schedule
Training runs Monday through Friday. Once AEP begins (October 1), you'll move to your assigned production schedule from our Workforce Management team. Production schedules include at least one weekend day per week.

What You'll Do
• Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective Medicare members, 
focused on education and enrollment
• Guide members through their coverage options and next steps without highpressure tactics
• Meet performance expectations around call quality, member engagement, 
sales metrics, and schedule adherence
• Keep communication current with your supervisor and team
• Attend team meetings and training sessions throughout the season

What We're Looking For
Required:
• Active Health or Health & Life license
• Minimum 1 year of Medicare experience
• Comfortable working across multiple software systems
• Strong communicator with a sales-first approach
• Able to work a schedule that includes at least one weekend day during AEP
• Home office setup that meets remote work requirements
• Willing to complete a background check
• Basic computer skills and tech knowledge
Preferred:
• Telesales or contact center experience
• Familiarity with Medicare Advantage sales programs
