We are a dynamic health club with two locations in the Central Bucks County Community. We are seeking an outgoing and positive individual for our open position of Licensed Esthetician at our Doylestown location. This is a part time position with competitive pay, that can lead to a full time position with benefits. If you are a person dedicated to customer service excellence who is a Licensed Esthetician and you are interested in helping to create a healthier Central Bucks community – then we want you!

The Esthetician administers professional treatments to our clients. We have positions available at our Doylestown location. The candidate must have a thorough knowledge of skin care treatments including facials, peels, waxing, and body treatments. They must possess excellent communication skills and be able to learn the product and service knowledge necessary to effectively provide wellness solutions to meet the needs of our guests.

**Must be flexible to work one weekend day required.

**This is a W-2 position. Our Estheticians are employees of Cornerstone.

Qualifications:

Experience with chemical peels and microderm abrasion.

Must have enthusiasm and possess excellent customer service skills.

Must enjoy working with people and possess a friendly and outgoing personality.

Must have excellent communication and listening skills, as well as basic computer knowledge.

Must be a team player.

Must be able to stand while administering treatments.

Must be physically able to operate all Esthetician equipment.

Familiar with PCA and Dermalogica skin care products.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

• Be on time for your shift, prompt with each appointment and perform services within the appropriate time allotted for the service.
• Provide consistent professional skin and body treatments in accordance with spa protocols and accepted certification practices.
• Be flexible with your schedule, supporting the needs of the clients. This includes weekends, evenings and day shifts.
• Properly care for equipment and use proper amounts of product to assist with cost controls.
• Have complete knowledge and understanding of all services and products offered.
• Uphold the standards of sanitation and sterilization as directed by law and Cornerstone's policies and procedures.
• Perform prep work, properly clean and restock room as required.
• Maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work environment.

Education and Experience Requirements: 

Must hold and maintain a current PA State Estheticians license and CPR Certification.

Must be able to stand the entire shift, bend, lean and lift up to 50lbs unassisted. Must be able to apply pressure and manipulate the client's muscles and soft tissue to relieve stress, tension and pain.
