Roles and Responsibilities: 

• Must be a Licensed Esthtician in Pennsylvania
• Must hold Esthetic Liability Insurance 
• Ability to provide excellent customer care by performing top-level services with a friendly and helpful attitude 
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans based on the clients' skincare goals 
• Participate in hands-on training as well as workshops and webinars assigned by spa management 
• Achieve sales goals as outlined by spa management 
• Generate new clientele through promoting member referrals and memberships 
• Maintain professionalism at all times
• Adhere to stringent cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas
