Orange County Health Psychologists, Inc. seeks a Licensed Clinical Therapist to join our private practice group. 
Full time or part time options available.
Compensation : $80 - $130 per session (variable rate based on insurance/payor)

We offer monthly in-service training, case consultation, and opportunities for growth and development. Our compensation plan is more generous than most with fees of $85-$130/session for LMFT’s and LCSW’s and more for licensed psychologists. (Rates vary with payor mix and CPT codes.) Full-time is defined as a minimum of 25 patient sessions per week. For those clinicians who are comfortable seeing more than 25 patients per week, income would be higher but we encourage optimum work-life balance. We offer medical and dental benefits plus incentives to full-time W-2 employees.

Requirements and Qualifications

• California licensure as an LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or clinical psychologist
• Master’s degree from accredited university
• Minimum of 5+ yrs experience (including pre-licensure internships)
• Commitment to see a minimum of 15 patients per week with no other private practice or group practice commitments
• For full-time employees, a commitment to see a minimum of 25 patients per week
• Flexibility with a hybrid delivery model requiring at least one day a week in the office 
• Passion for excellence in patient care using evidence-based interventions
• Enthusiasm for continued growth and professional development
