Job Description
Licensed Clinical Social Worker Supervisor
Location: Massachusetts
Pay: $100/hr to $250/hr
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Job Summary
Gotham Enterprises Ltd is looking for Massachusetts supervisors who are interested in supporting mental health professionals through licensure and early career development. This role is ideal for providers who bring experience, patience, and practical insight to the supervision process.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide supervision and clinical consultation
- Support documentation, ethics, treatment planning, and case review
- Help supervisees meet professional standards
- Follow Massachusetts supervision and licensing rules
- Maintain organized and professional communication
- Active Massachusetts clinical license in good standing
- Eligible license types may include Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Psychologist, or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
- Must be qualified to supervise under Massachusetts board requirements
- Clinical supervision experience preferred
