Licensed Clinical Social Worker Supervisor
Location: Illinois
Pay: $100/hr to $250/hr
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Job Summary
Gotham Enterprises Ltd is seeking Illinois clinical supervisors who can help developing providers feel more supported in their clinical work. This opportunity is best for licensed professionals who enjoy mentorship, thoughtful case review, and helping supervisees grow with practical feedback.
Through Gotham’s Find a Supervisor feature, clinicians can search for supervisors by state, license type, specialty, and supervision goals. Joining the platform helps Illinois clinicians find qualified supervision more easily.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical supervision and case consultation
- Guide supervisees through documentation, treatment planning, and ethics
- Support development of clinical judgment and professional confidence
- Follow Illinois supervision standards
- Keep professional supervision records
- Active Illinois clinical license in good standing
- Eligible license types may include LMFT, LCPC, Clinical Psychologist, or LCSW
- Must meet Illinois requirements to provide supervision
- Experience supervising counselors, therapists, or social workers preferred
