- Location: Jonesboro, Arkansas area

Responsibilities
- Provide therapy to residents of long-term care facilities.
- Manage an independent schedule and caseload.
- Travel between facilities within the assigned territory.
- Work collaboratively with the broader MDB Health Services team while operating independently in the field.
Required qualifications
- Current Licensed Clinical Social Worker credential in good standing.
- Ability and willingness to travel to multiple facilities within a 60-mile radius.
- Ability to work independently and manage a self-directed schedule.
- Commitment to serving older adults and residents of long-term care communities.
