Job Description
Position: Panel Appraiser
Employment type: Full-Time/Part Time
Responsibilities:
- Complete high-quality residential property appraisals
- Meet established turnaround times while maintaining accuracy
- Communicate professionally with clients, lenders, and team members
- Ensure compliance with USPAP and all applicable industry standards
- Manage appraisal assignments efficiently and independently
Qualifications:
- Active State Certified Residential, Licensed or Certified General Appraisal license
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines
- Experience with appraisal software preferred
