About the Role:Join our dynamic team at Laser Cosmetic Center as a Licensed Aesthetician in beautiful Kalispell, MT. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a supportive environment where your skills will help enhance our clients' natural beauty.
Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments including facials, chemical peels, and microneedling.
• Consult with clients to assess their skin care needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
• Maintain a clean and organized treatment room and adhere to safety protocols.
• Stay updated on the latest aesthetic techniques and products to provide the best service.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat visits.
• Assist in retail sales of skincare products to complement treatments.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

• Valid state license as an Aesthetician or Cosmetologist.
• Proven experience in a clinical or spa setting preferred.
• Strong knowledge of skin types, products, and treatment techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for skincare and aesthetics.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate client appointments.

Compensation: $22.00 - $32.00 per hour
