About joining the Liberty Talent Network

This is not a specific open position – it’s an opportunity to join YAL’s Liberty Talent Network.

We use this network to identify individuals who are aligned with our mission and capable of taking ownership in high-impact roles across the organization. When opportunities open, we prioritize candidates from this network who have demonstrated ownership, initiative, and measurable results.

📍 Location: Remote or YAL HQ in Austin, TX (all roles require occasional travel for team meetings, trainings, and events)

What you'll do

Responsibilities will vary by role, but strong candidates in this network consistently:

Take ownership and execute

• Lead projects or initiatives from start to finish
• Operate with urgency and accountability
• Solve problems without waiting for direction

Build and develop people

• Recruit, train, and lead others
• Identify and develop high-potential talent
• Contribute to a culture of performance and accountability

Drive measurable impact

• Execute strategies that produce tangible results
• Track outcomes and improve performance over time
• Contribute directly to advancing liberty at scale 

What We’re Looking For

• Strongly aligned with Young Americans for Liberty’s mission and principles
• Demonstrated track record of ownership (building, leading, or executing)
• Thrives in fast-paced, high-accountability environments
• Clear communicator who can think and act independently
• Prior experience with YAL or similar mission-driven organizations is highly valued, though not required

Compensation & Benefits

Position types include: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary
