Lia Hyundai Hartford - Office Assistant

Lia Hyundai Hartford is seeking a part-time Office Assistant to join our accounting team.

COMPENSATION RANGE: $17-$9/hour based on experience

SIGN ON BONUS: N/A

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous automotive title clerk experience required
• Must be able to work evenings & Saturdays
• Proficient in dealership management software
• Strong knowledge of state DMV required
• Ability to multi task and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills
• Must have clean & valid driver's license

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer phones and send to appropriate person
• Automotive experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right person
• Prepare and process title documents for new and used vehicles
• Verify vehicle information and resolve title issues
• Work closely with sales, finance and accounting departments
• Any other duties assigned by manager
