This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Legal Solutions Consultant, Legal AI Platform based in United States.

This is a fully remote opportunity for an experienced legal professional ready to transition from traditional legal practice into legal technology.
The role sits at the intersection of corporate law, artificial intelligence, product development, and customer engagement.
You will work directly with corporate legal teams to understand complex workflows and identify opportunities to improve how legal work gets done.
Your legal expertise will help shape product direction, customer solutions, demonstrations, and practical AI-enabled workflows.
You will collaborate closely with product, engineering, sales, and marketing teams to translate practitioner needs into trusted technology.
The position offers significant customer exposure and the opportunity to influence how sophisticated legal teams adopt emerging AI capabilities.
It is particularly suited to a commercially minded lawyer with strong communication skills and genuine curiosity about the future of legal practice.

Accountabilities

• Work directly with current and prospective corporate legal customers to understand workflow challenges, uncover pain points, and recommend relevant technology solutions.

• Demonstrate how the platform can support real-world legal workflows through tailored product demonstrations, workshops, use cases, and customer conversations.

• Act as a key voice of the customer, translating insights and feedback from practicing lawyers into actionable product direction.

• Partner with product and engineering teams to help shape product priorities, features, workflows, and roadmap development.

• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support customer engagement, adoption, positioning, and go-to-market initiatives.

• Develop and refine legal workflows and use cases that accurately reflect the way sophisticated corporate legal teams operate.

• Introduce new AI-enabled capabilities in ways that are credible, practical, and tailored to each customer's specific needs.

• Build trusted relationships with legal professionals and help customers understand how emerging AI capabilities can transform established legal processes.

• Contribute practical legal and industry expertise to the continued evolution of an enterprise-grade legal technology platform.

Requirements

• JD or equivalent legal qualification.

• At least 3 years of transactional legal experience in areas such as M&A, private equity, capital markets, finance, fund formation, banking, venture capital, real estate, or a related practice.

• Experience at a top-tier law firm or sophisticated in-house legal organization.

• Strong understanding of the workflows, priorities, challenges, and commercial demands faced by corporate legal teams.

• Excellent executive presence and relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish credibility with legal professionals at different levels of seniority.

• Outstanding written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.

• Confidence leading live product demonstrations, workshops, strategic discussions, and customer-facing presentations.

• Strong interest in artificial intelligence and its potential to transform legal practice and professional services.

• Practical, solutions-oriented approach with strong judgment and a bias toward action.

• Customer-focused mindset and enthusiasm for working directly with legal practitioners.

• Ability to collaborate effectively across product, engineering, sales, marketing, and other cross-functional teams.

• Comfort operating in a fast-paced environment where priorities and products continue to evolve.

Benefits

• $270,000–$320,000 USD OTE, with a 75/25 base-to-variable compensation structure.
